Welcome to the Epilepsy Learning Healthcare System (ELHS) DCC, your comprehensive hub for receiving, processing, and analyzing vital data across ELHS Sites.

The commitment to unearth insights that matter is at the heart of our operation. We delve deep into multifaceted metrics encompassing demographics, social determinants of health, seizure frequency, types, epilepsy history, medication adherence, side effects, and mental health. 

"The result? Tailored, comprehensive data reports are delivered to each site, enabling direct comparisons with the broader network metrics."

Our approach is founded on collaboration and adaptability. ELHS DCC meets sites on their terms, embracing data in diverse formats such as CSV. ELHS acknowledges electronic health record (EHR) variability and sites using EPIC or Cerner. Our flexibility extends to different data collection methods, accommodating SmartForms/SmartPhrases, PowerForms, and other tools sites use. DCC also offers an ELHS REDCap solution. Sites are offered the option to use REDCap.

Empowering ELHS sites to pinpoint areas for enhanced patient care is our goal.

By leveraging our reports, sites uncover where patient care can be improved, enabling strategic planning for improved health outcomes through targeted QI efforts.

We continue to work on the reliability, support, and collective pursuit of advancing epilepsy care and patient well-being within the ELHS network.
